System Power-flushing
Boiler making funny noises? Hissing? Clunking noises? Cold spots in the centre of radiators? Radiators struggling to get hot?
This could be due to a build-up of debris in the heating system. In short, over time and if not properly treated, radiators start to corrode internally, leaving you with an inefficient and sluggish system and in worst case scenarios, radiators corrode and start leaking.
Fear not! These problems can all be avoided & resolved by power-flushing your system.
A power-flush involves connecting up a high pressure Fernox water pump to the heating system and using a magnetic filter along side approved chemicals (Fernox F5 or F8) to breakdown and remove the harmful 'Sludge' from your system. Once completed your heating system will be full of fresh clean water infused with Fernox F1 system protector to help prevent further corrosion.
